Safety and Cleanliness in our Clinic.
Safety is our utmost concern and we are following all Rhode Island Department of Health Guidelines. All surfaces are being disinfected on a daily basis. You must schedule an appointment, wear a mask on site, and children and patients with disabilities who require assistance from a caregiver can have one visitor.
Before entering the clinic patients may be screened at the door and your temperature will be taken. Everyone over the age of 2+ is required to wear a mask on site at all times; making sure both your nose and mouth are covered, as illustrated. Click here Spanish and Portuguese. In our waiting rooms we contiune to ensure Social Distancing per RI Department of Health guidelines.
Employee Health & Education
All BVCHC staff self-screen at home before coming to work, employees that are sick stay home. We are keeping our staff educated and protected. We have employee education and meetings regularly. We have regular meetings and updates with the RI Department of Health
Medical Facilities are still requiring mask. MASK ARE REQUIRED at all Blackstone Valley Community Health Care locations.
Anyone that enters a Blackstone Valley Community Health Care site will be screened at the front desk for COVID.
At this time, we ask that children and patients with disabilities who require assistance from a caregiver bring one visitor. We ask that you limit bringing others with your to your appointment to keep everyone as safe as possible.
Summary of Services
- Telehealth is a virtual visit that allows you to video call a provider using your personal telephone, tablet or computer and internet access. Available by appointment Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm. For more information on Telehealth, click here.
- Express Health is available by appointment only in Central Falls. Central Falls Express Health is available Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, and Saturday, 8am to 4:30pm. Please call 401-722-0081 first.
- Respiratory and COVID-19 testing avilable, Monday through Saturday, by appointment for BVCHC patients

Employee Covid Vaccine Rates
Blackstone Valley Community Health Care is committed to doing our part to get back to normal. We are fully compliant with the governor’s mandate that all healthcare workers be fully vaccinated as of October 1st. We are pleased to report that all employees are fully vaccinated.
Quarantine Guidelines for BVCHC Employee
For the safety of our patients and staff, BVCHC employees must stay home for 10 days if they have tested positive for COVID-19. For more information, Click here
