Under general supervision of the Director of Behavioral Health Services, the Behavioral Health Program Support Specialist supports the behavioral health department and team members. The BH Program Support Specialist works in collaboration with health center staff to appropriately support the behavioral health needs of patients. The BH Program Support Specialist effectively presents information and responds to questions from providers, hospitals, health center staff and patients and their families.
Works closely with the Network Billing Manager to ensure the internal billing and all assigned functions are fully completed, in a timely and accurate manner.
Working as part of the care team, the Call Center Representative is responsible for providing outstanding customer service and will be the liaison between the organization and the community including current and potential patients, community partners, and vendors. It is the responsibility of this position to accept ownership for effectively addressing patient issues, complaints, and inquiries while ensuring customer satisfaction is at the core of every decision and displayed behavior.

The Dental Assistant displays responsible behaviors, communicates effectively to others and functions as a member of dental team. The Dental Assistant must demonstrate competency in all skills related to the performance of patient care.
The Dental Secretary is the first point of contact for visitors/patients entering the clinic. It is the responsibility of the Dental Secretary to greet visitors/patients, and triage and assess the reasons a patient is at the clinic. This position will work independently or with the care team, when appropriate, to provide excellent customer service and meet the needs of the patient.
Responsible for the delivery of dental care at the dental center. Diagnoses and treats diseases, injuries and malformations of the teeth, gums and related oral structures.
The HIT Analyst is responsible for receiving, triaging, resolving and/or escalating clinical and ancillary support requests. The HIT Analyst, under the supervision and direction of the Director, HIT will also build and maintain system configuration tables and perform daily information management tasks to ensure the appropriate data capture within the Clinical Information Systems.
Under the direction of the Human Resources Director, the Human Resources Generalist is responsible for full cycle recruitment, benefits administration, and provides assistance with Human Resource processes for all business locations. This position exercises a proactive role in aligning Human Resource programs, processes, and activities with the corporate strategy to gain and retain competitive advantage for the organization. Assists the Director in the role of change agent to foster and maintain open communications, confidence, high morale and mutual understanding between management and the workforce at all levels. In addition, this role provides administrative support to the human resource function, including record-keeping, file maintenance, and HRIS entry.
The Integrated Behavioral Health (IBH) Clinician provides direct clinical service to patients in an integrated team based model of care. Clinical service may include consultation/assessment (urgent basis or pre-scheduled), support and linkage services, psychoeducation, brief interventions, and counseling to enhance patient physical and psychological well-being. The IBH Clinician provides clinical supervision to behavioral health interns and staff; participates in quality improvement and peer reviews; and assists in developing programming as requested by the Director of Behavioral Health Services.
The Medical Assistant (MA) is responsible for providing outstanding patient care in the primary care/medical home model environment. The individual displays responsible behaviors, communicates effectively to others and functions as a member of healthcare team. The MA must demonstrate competency in all skills related to the performance of patient care. The MA functions under the direct supervision and authority of the provider when performing clinical tasks during patient care.

Perform medical histories and physical examinations; assesses patients’ psychiatric conditions; administer treatments and in conformity with approved protocol; advise and counsel patients or legal guardian of patient problems; assist physician as directed, work with primary care provider to provide integrated care.

Our Office Coordinators ensure we are providing top-notch customer service throughout the patient visit. Therefore, this role is instrumental in setting the tone and ensuring the satisfaction of the patients that we care for.
The Ophthalmic Technician supports the mission and values of BVCHC by modeling excellent relationship, communication, and job skills with the overall goal of providing patient-centered treatment and services in a team environment. This position is responsible for assisting in the coordination of Optometry operations and work flow to assure effective delivery of integrated Optometry care.
The Registered Nurse works as part of the care team and is responsible for providing outstanding patient care in the primary care/medical home model environment. Working with clinicians, clinical support staff, and other staff members, the Registered Nurse ensures that patients are provided with high quality care in a timely manner, prompt response to phone calls, up to date with preventative health care maintenance protocols and understand their health care plan. The Registered Nurse functions under the direct supervision and authority of the Physician/Licensed Independent Practitioner when performing clinical tasks during patient care.
The Senior Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting the organizational needs of the Accountable Entity and Leadership Team including meeting and e-file management, developing written materials including spreadsheets, scheduling appointments, providing statistical reports, developing procedural diagram and supporting the development of policies and procedures. The position will also need to work with external partners, setting up meetings as needed.
