Reporting to the Executive Director the Director of Human Resources & Labor Relations will provide leadership and direction over all Human Resources functions throughout the organization. Develop, implement, coordinate, evaluate, and modify as appropriate all policies, procedures, processes, and programs covering Recruitment, Employment, Compensation, HR Information Systems and Records, Employee and Labor Relations, Benefit Administration, Training and Development, and Organizational Development in support of strategic business objectives and the defined organizational culture of the organization. Exercise a proactive role in aligning all Human Resource programs, processes, and activities with the corporate strategy to gain and retain competitive advantage for the organization. Our Ophthalmic Technicians play a crucial role in the mission of community health as they assist in patient-centered treatment and services.
As health care evolves towards more and more efficient team-based and collaborative care, our Registered Nurses continue to play an incredibly important role in providing such care. Registered Nurses help manage preventative care, conduct initial assessments, and share findings with clinicians while ensuring that patients are empowered within and understand their care plan.
