The Peer Recovery Specialist is a trained specialist who provides 1:1 strength based coaching and support, as well as group based, to individuals in all stages of recovery. This position has lived experience with addiction to alcohol and/or drugs, and through a supportive environment has the ability to empower peers to make healthier choices on a day to day basis. This position manages a case load, helps individual’s access support services, and acts as an advocate for each individual.

The Psychiatrist works as part of the care team to provide comprehensive psychiatric services as defined by Board granted clinical privileges. The Psychiatrist takes on a leadership role within the clinic as well as a supportive leader role for all other clinic support staff. The Psychiatrist will perform medical histories and physical examinations; assesses patients’ psychiatric conditions; administer treatments in conformity with approved protocol; advise and counsel patients or his/her legal guardian ; work with primary care providers and other behavioral health clinicians to provide integrated care.
