The Administrative Assistant is responsible for administrative support to the Executive Director, Chief Medical Officer, Director of Operations, Director, Human Resources & Labor Relations, Administrative leadership, and the Organization.

The HIT Analyst is responsible for receiving, triaging, resolving and/or escalating clinical and ancillary support requests. The HIT Analyst, under the supervision and direction of the Director, HIT and under the guidance of IT, will also build and maintain system configuration tables and perform daily information management tasks to ensure the appropriate data capture within the Clinical Information Systems.

The Integrated Behavioral Health (IBH) Clinician provides direct clinical service to patients in an integrated team based model of care. Clinical service may include consultation/assessment (urgent basis or pre-scheduled), support and linkage services, psychoeducation, brief interventions, and counseling to enhance patient physical and psychological well-being. The IBH Clinician provides clinical supervision to behavioral health interns; participates in quality improvement and peer reviews; and assists in developing programming as requested by the Director of Behavioral Health Services.

The Medical Assistant (MA) is responsible for providing outstanding patient care in the primary care/medical home model environment. The individual displays responsible behaviors, communicates effectively to others and functions as a member of healthcare team. The MA must demonstrate competency in all skills related to the performance of patient care. The MA functions under the direct supervision and authority of the provider when performing clinical tasks during patient care.

The Psychiatrist works as part of the care team to provide comprehensive psychiatric services as defined by Board granted clinical privileges. The Psychiatrist takes on a leadership role within the clinic as well as a supportive leader role for all other clinic support staff. The Psychiatrist will perform medical histories and physical examinations; assesses patients’ psychiatric conditions; administer treatments in conformity with approved protocol; advise and counsel patients or his/her legal guardian ; work with primary care providers and other behavioral health clinicians to provide integrated care.

The Registered Nurse works as part of the care team and is responsible for providing outstanding patient care in the primary care/medical home model environment. Working with clinicians, clinical support staff, and other staff members, the Registered Nurse ensures that patients are provided with high quality care in a timely manner, prompt response to phone calls, up to date with preventative health care maintenance protocols and understand their health care plan. The Registered Nurse functions under the direct supervision and authority of the Physician/Licensed Independent Practitioner when performing clinical tasks during patient care.
