Oversee clinical activities of Dental staff. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include participating in interviewing, hiring, and training of clinical staff; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining clinical staff; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

The Outreach and Enrollment Coordinator will work one-on-one with families and individuals to provide information regarding HealthSource RI, the qualified health plans (QHPs) and publicly funded insurance. This position will explain the options available, and directly assist with the application/enrollment process through HealthSource RI. The Outreach and Enrollment Coordinator will work to ensure all individuals have access to health insurance coverage provided as a result of the Affordable Care Act (ACA). In addition, this position will support the patient engagement activities performed by the department.#1795
The Patient Service Representative (PSR) serves as the first point of contact for all individuals contacting the organization by phone or in person. This position will provide excellent customer service to meet the needs of the client during each interaction. The PSR is responsible for effective management of the flow of in-bound calls; greeting and/or screening individuals; preparation and accurate registration of relevant patient appointments; assisting with population health outreach; accurate and efficient appointment scheduling, insurance plan verification; collection of payments; management of forms, insurance cards and patient photos and/or photo identification.
