The Behavioral Health Supervisor provides clinical supervision to behavioral health licensed staff and interns in addition to direct clinical service to patients in an integrated team based model of care. Clinical service may include consultation/assessment(urgent basis or pre-scheduled), support and linkage services,psychoeducation,.brief interventioins, and conuseling to enhance patient physical and psychological well-being. The Compliance Officer has principal responsibility for the development, implementation, oversight, and evaluation of all aspects of BVCHC's Compliance Program. The Compliance Officer is authorized to investigate all instances of suspected illegal or unethical conduct and may, upon obtaining appropriate authorization, and consistent with the health center's budget constraints, seek the advice of qualifed legal counsel and hire outside investigators and/or consultants.

The Director of Behavioral Health and Integrated Care is responsible for the design and delivery of behavioral health serivces across all health center departments, directing the department staff, management of the department including is finances, compliance with regulations and requirements, and contributing behavioral health input to the organizational direction of the health center. This position also helps to properly integrate the Clinical Team, with special attention to coordinating the medical team with Behavioral Health and Community Health Team. The Director of BH and IC also will help design and manage the Medication Assisted Treatment project within the rest of the services offered by BVCHC.

The individual displays responsible behaviors, communicates effectively to others and functions as a member of healthcare team. The MA must demonstrate competency in all skills related to the performance of patient care. The MA functions under the direct supervision and authority of the provider when performing clinical tasks during patient care.

It is the responsibility of the Medical Secretary to greet visitors/patients, and triage and assess the reasons a patient is at the clinic. The lead facilitator of care coordination for high risk/cost patients. The NCM will utilize quality reports to focus the resources of the care team on providing additional support to achieve quality patient care management. This position coordinates clinical and case management for targeted patient assignments. Also, performs overall utilization management, resource management, care facilitation, and referral to other level of care. The NCM works with care teams and other resources including integrated and contracted behavioral health, CHT, and community resources to facilitate achievement of desire quality and financial outcomes.
