Working as part of the care team,Call Center Representative is responsbile for provididng outstanding customer service and will be the liaison between the organization and the community including current and potential patients, community partners, and vendors. It is the responsibility of this position to accept ownership for effectively addressing patient issues,complaints, and inquires while ensuring satisfaction is at the core of every decision and displayed behaivor.

Under the general direction of the Executive Director, the Chief Medical Officer is the lead clinican responsible for all aspects of medical patient care services provided by Blackstone Valley Community Health Care (BVCHC), and supports in monitoring the performance of ancillary services such as clinical operations,dental, perinatal, and optometry. Working from a solutions-oriented approach, the Chief Medical Officer monitors clinical performance to ensure medical services and operations are in compliance with all applicable regulatory and licensing agencies. As a member of the Executive Management team, the Chief Medical Officer is responsible for implementing, reviewing and developing clincial portocols, performance objectives, productivity benchmarks, compliance measures, clinician workflow planning and clinician scheduling.
The Dental Hygienist is responsible for providing outstanding patient care and performs dental measures designed to preserve teeth and prevent the spread of oral disease. The Dental Hygienist displays responsible behaviors, communicates effectively to others and functions as a member of dental team. The Director, Health Information Management is resposible for the overall management and support of Health Information Management systems including implementation, planning, and maintenance.
Provides comprehensive medical services as defined by Board granted clinical privileges.
Under the direction of the Human Resources Director, the Human Resources Generalist is responsible for full cycle recruitment, benefits administration, and provides assistance with Human Resource processes for all business locations. This position exercises a proactive role in aligning Human Resource programs, processes, and activities with the corporate strategy to gain and retain competitive advantage for the organization. Assists the Director in the role of change agent to foster and maintain open communications, confidence, high morale and mutual understanding between management and the workforce at all levels. In addition, this role provides administrative support to the human resource function, including record-keeping, file maintenance, and HRIS entry.
The Integrated Behavioral Health (IBH) Clinician provides direct clinical service to patients in an integrated team based model of care. Clinical service may include consultation/assessment (urgent basis or pre-scheduled), support and linkage services, psychoeducation, brief interventions, and counseling to enhance patient physical and psychological well-being. The IBH Clinician provides clinical supervision to behavioral health interns; participates in quality improvement and peer reviews; and assists in developing programming as requested by the Director of Behavioral Health Services.
Under the direction of the Facilities Director assists in the maintenance and repair at BVCHC sites.
The Medical Secretary is the first point of contact for visitors/patients entering the clinic. It is the responsibility of the Medical Secretary to greet visitors/patients, and triage and assess the reasons a patient is at the clinic. This position will work independently or with the care team, when appropriate, to provide excellent customer service and meet the needs of the patient.

Perform medical histories and physical examinations; assesses patients’ medical/surgical conditions; administer treatments and in conformity with the approved protocol; advise and counsel patients or legal guardian of patient problems; assist physician as directed.
Under the general direction and supervision of the Chief Medical Officer is responsible for performing the duties and functions of a licensed optometrist by providing primary care optometric care to Blackstone Valley patients in a clinical facility equipped for comprehensive eye examination.

The Staff Accountant-Grants Management coordinates state and local grant budget management, assists in ensuring the accuracy of the organization's accounting records, develops grant budgets, identifies and tracks grant requirements, and works with granting agencies to ensure finanical compliance including reporting. The Staff Accountant-Grants Managment is responsible for sign off all AP invoices to ensure coding in accurate, assists in preparation of annual Operating Budget, and is responsible for all of the revenue AR/Nextgen monthly entries.
